to establish successful and sustain business in terms of long-term perspective - through development and implementation of the program on optimization of the existing company’s business-model in terms of strategic and operational management;

to develop new brands and to implement unique standards of services (customers/partners) - from the beginning of projects till analysis of the actual results of the success and demand of implemented products by the customers;

personal professional and career development - CEO effectiveness is determined by his/her company’s success indicators. But actually CEO could be successful only when he/she is a BUSINESS-LEADER, but not a hired manager, when he/she is really in charge of long-term company’s interests and successful future – even after the contract.

Considering the dynamic environment of the market during the economic crisis the moment of reorganization is very important – environment conditions tend to be changed unpredictably, and therefore the decision on the reorganization should be also fast and flexible. In terms of the market redistribution among its main stakeholders, there is opportunity to obtain the main part in case when weak stakeholders leave.
